Job summary :-

Hemraj Group is looking for a driven Sales Associate to grow its rice business across Bihar and Jharkhand. The role involves developing retailer and distributor relationships, increasing product availability, and meeting sales targets across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities :-

Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and other trade partners.

Develop new accounts and strengthen business with existing customers.

Promote Hemraj Groups rice products and communicate product features, pricing, and schemes.

Drive sales volume, distribution, and product availability in the assigned territory.

Plan regular market visits and gather feedback on customer needs, competition, and pricing.

Coordinate order placement, delivery follow-up, payments, and issue resolution.





Work with distributors and retailers on stock planning and replenishment.

Share regular updates on sales, market activity, and competitor movements.

Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.

Requirements :-

3 to 5 years of relevant field sales experience; experience in rice, FMCG, food products, or consumer goods is preferred.

Familiarity with the Jharkhand / Bihar market and local trade channels is an advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable with frequent field visits and territory travel.

Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Basic smartphone and sales-reporting skills.

Fluency in Hindi; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.

Preferred candidate profile A proactive sales professional who understands distributor and retailer sales, enjoys working in the field, and can build lasting customer relationships while delivering results.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
