Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospective clients, presenting FelixVerseDigital’s services, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

The Sales

Associate will conduct regular outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, prepare proposals and pitch decks, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools. They will collaborate with internal strategy and account teams to align client needs with creator and content solutions, support contract negotiations,



and provide ongoing relationship management to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

- Strong client-facing and communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
- Proven ability in sales or business development, with experience in prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
- Comfort with using CRM software and basic productivity tools to track pipelines, generate reports, and manage follow-ups.
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and creator/influencer ecosystems is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Faridabad, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and meet targets and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams such as strategy, talent, and operations.
- Prior experience in media, advertising, or agency environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
