Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role at Pheonix System – India is a full time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for security and automation solutions, managing existing client relationships, and supporting end-to-end sales activities from lead generation to closing.

The specialist will develop and execute marketing campaigns, prepare proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and deliver basic training to customers on installed systems.



Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with technical teams, maintaining accurate sales records and reports, conducting market research, and representing the company at client meetings and local events to strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, understand client requirements, and provide responsive support.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive lead conversion, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver clear product demonstrations and basic user training on security and automation solutions.
- Relevant experience in security systems, automation, or related technology products is beneficial, including familiarity with CCTV, access control, and fire detection solutions.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, conduct field visits, and build long-term client relationships; valid driver’s license is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills, with proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
