Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist at SS SERVICES is a full-time, on-site role based in Chakan. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and supporting the execution of marketing activities to promote the company’s services.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams to address customer requirements, and maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales performance.



The specialist will also assist in developing and delivering training materials to internal teams or clients and contribute to local marketing campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives to increase brand visibility and revenue.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Proven Sales capabilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Experience in Training and Sales Management, such as guiding teams, sharing best practices, and supporting performance improvement.
- Ability to work on-site in Chakan, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and familiarity with common sales and CRM tools is beneficial.
- Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
