Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Vapi. The role involves identifying and acquiring new customers, promoting banking products and services, and meeting assigned sales and revenue targets. The specialist will engage with existing and potential customers, explain product features and benefits, and provide support throughout the onboarding and servicing lifecycle.

Responsibilities include implementing local marketing initiatives, coordinating promotional campaigns,



and supporting branch-level events to build brand awareness. The role also requires preparing regular sales reports, collaborating with branch and product teams, and participating in training sessions to stay updated on banking products, compliance, and market trends.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with diverse customers and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess core Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, to achieve and exceed assigned targets.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training capabilities to guide and support team members, and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
- Candidates should ideally have knowledge of banking and financial products, local market awareness, and basic proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems.
- Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field, along with prior experience in retail banking or financial services sales (preferred but not mandatory).
- Candidates should demonstrate integrity, adherence to regulatory and compliance standards, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
