Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Nasik. The individual in this role will generate and qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and conduct product demonstrations and consultations for prospective clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with founders and business leaders, handling customer inquiries,



and providing high-quality customer service throughout the sales cycle. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, collaborating on promotional content and events, and providing feedback to improve sales processes, training materials, and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to educate clients and internal teams on products, services, and best practices.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in B2B or startup environments, especially in tech, coaching, or performance-focused products.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field are beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills, comfort with CRM tools, and the ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-moving, founder-focused environment are preferred.
