Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Vellore. The specialist will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing customer relationships, and promote the company’s product portfolio, including weld wire mesh and wedge wire solutions.

Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations and quotations, following up on leads, and closing sales to meet revenue targets. The role involves coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking systems,



and providing product training and support to customers and internal teams. The specialist will also contribute to marketing initiatives such as campaigns, events, and digital outreach to increase brand visibility and market share.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, understand requirements, and provide clear, professional support.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, negotiate terms, close deals, and manage pipelines effectively.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product demos, educate customers and team members, and support adoption of new offerings.
- Relevant experience in industrial products, manufacturing, or B2B sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Vellore, travel to customer locations as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational, planning, and reporting skills, with proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
