Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in the Greater Vadodara Area. The specialist will promote ReLife’s services, build relationships with families, referral sources, and community partners, and support enrollment growth across child and adult programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, managing inquiries, conducting consultations, and providing clear information about services, processes, and advantages.

The role involves developing and executing local marketing initiatives,



coordinating events and outreach activities, maintaining a social media presence, and supporting digital campaigns in collaboration with internal teams. The specialist will track leads and conversions, prepare basic sales reports, support training and education sessions for partners, and ensure a professional, empathetic experience for all clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively and empathetically with clients, families, and community partners.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive inquiries, manage pipelines, and support enrollment and revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess Training and presentation skills to conduct informational sessions, workshops, and partner education activities.
- Candidates should have basic Marketing and outreach skills, including social media handling, local campaign support, and event coordination.
- Relevant experience in healthcare, education, rehabilitation, or allied services is beneficial, along with familiarity with developmental and mental health support programs.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Vadodara Area, manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
