Role Description The Sales and Marketing Representative is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This role involves engaging with customers, responding to inquiries, and providing product information across online and offline channels. The representative will manage sales activities, follow up on leads, support marketplace listings, and assist in promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility.

Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams,



preparing basic sales reports, supporting training or demonstrations for partners, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires a proactive approach to sales and marketing initiatives that align with The Black Steel’s brand and growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
