Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Recent Delhi. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will generate leads, build relationships with commercial and residential clients, and manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing.

The role includes preparing proposals, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, coordinating site visits, and maintaining accurate sales records.



The specialist will support marketing initiatives by contributing to campaigns, social media activities, and promotional events, while gathering market insights and competitor information to inform strategy. Collaboration with the operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction is a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand requirements, and provide professional support.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and achieve targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to educate clients and internal teams on product features and benefits.
- Candidates should possess basic marketing skills, such as familiarity with digital and offline promotion, lead generation, and market research.
- Relevant experience in building materials, flooring, interiors, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple projects, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office applications is an advantage.
