Role Description: We are looking for a dynamic, confident and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to develop new business, generate leads and grow Forticore's presence among homeowners, architects, builders, contractors, interior designers and other construction professionals.

Key Responsibilities

•Sales & Business Development

•Generate new sales leads through field visits, references, digital enquiries and market networking.

•Meet homeowners, architects, builders, contractors, interior designers and project consultants.

•Promote Forticore's range of doors, windows and interior products.

•Identify new residential and commercial projects and convert them into sales opportunities.

•Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

•Client & Project Handling

•Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

•Conduct site visits and take necessary measurements/details where required.

•Explain product specifications, features, finishes and pricing to customers.





•Negotiate with customers and close sales.

•Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

•Follow up with customers until order confirmation and payment.

Architect & Builder Networking

•Develop relationships with architects, builders, contractors and interior designers.

•Regularly visit construction sites and project locations.

•Generate business through architects, contractors and project referrals.

•Identify upcoming residential and commercial projects in the assigned area.

Marketing Activities

•Conduct local market visits and identify new business opportunities.

•Monitor competitor products, pricing and market trends.

•Collect customer feedback and market information.

Coordination

•Coordinate with the showroom, production, installation and management teams for smooth order execution.

•Follow up on delivery, installation and customer requirements.

•Maintain proper records of leads, enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and sales.

•Submit regular sales activity reports to management.

Required Skills
