Role Description The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for generating leads, promoting Gharkasathi’s range of property and home services, and converting inquiries into customers through in office engagement in Raipur. This full-time role includes meeting prospective clients, explaining service offerings, conducting product demonstrations, and building long-term relationships to drive repeat business. The representative will support marketing campaigns, participate in local promotional activities,



and collect customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Daily tasks also involve coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and preparing basic sales reports.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and collaboration with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive end-to-end experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to identify opportunities, close deals, and support promotional campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to educate customers about services and assist in onboarding new partners or team members.
- Relevant experience in real estate, home services, or consumer-focused businesses is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur, manage field visits, and adapt to a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools, mobile apps, and CRM or lead-tracking systems is preferred.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
