We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional to drive business development, generate new leads, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to order confirmation and payment collection.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and support annual sales planning.
- Conduct client meetings, sales calls, and regular follow-ups.
- Generate recent business opportunities and convert enquiries into orders.
- Identify and appoint channel partners across India.
- Build relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with architects, hotel management consultants, plumbing contractors,



and other industry professionals.
- Maintain CRM data and track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Support digital marketing and lead generation through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, websites, blogs, and videos.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.
- Prepare sales reports and ensure timely payment collection.

Required Skills:

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Good knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented, confident, and customer-focused approach.
