Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridkot. This position is responsible for managing and expanding customer accounts, handling incoming inquiries, and providing professional customer service to wholesale buyers. The specialist will conduct regular sales calls and visits, present product offerings, negotiate pricing and terms, and follow up to ensure repeat business.

In addition, the role involves planning and executing local marketing activities, supporting promotional campaigns, and preparing sales reports and market insights for management.



The Sales and Marketing Specialist will also assist in training staff on sales processes and product knowledge where needed, and collaborate with operations to align supply, pricing, and customer demand.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with wholesale clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage accounts, and meet sales targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding and development of team members in sales-related activities.

- Prior experience in wholesale, FMCG, or fresh produce sectors is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Faridkot, travel locally for client meetings, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
