Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is focused on supporting customer acquisition and brand awareness for Latentsig AI. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, identifying prospective customers, and assisting with outreach via email, social media, and other digital channels. The intern will help prepare sales presentations, demos, and marketing collateral, and may participate in introductory calls to understand customer needs.

Additional tasks include tracking leads in CRM tools, supporting basic customer service inquiries, gathering feedback, and helping analyse campaign performance. The role offers hands-on exposure to sales and marketing processes in an early-stage, AI-focused startup environment.





Qualifications and requirements

- Strong Communication skills, including explicit written and verbal interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Customer Service skills with a focus on empathy, responsiveness, and relationship-building.
- Basic Sales skills, including lead research, prospecting, and support for follow-up activities.
- Training and Sales Management support skills, such as assisting with onboarding materials, playbooks, and tracking sales activities.
- Interest and familiarity with generative AI, technology, and startup environments; willingness to learn and adapt quickly. We only value high agency candidates.
- Organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks remotely.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, CRM or spreadsheet tools).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field with strong fundamental understanding of AI is preferred.
