We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive #DigitalMarketing & #HR professional with 13 years of experience to manage and support both digital marketing activities and HR/recruitment operations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling social media, content creation, employer branding, recruitment, candidate coordination, and basic HR activities in a fast-paced technology environment.

Requirements

13 years of experience in Digital Marketing, HR, Recruitment, or a similar dual-role

Good knowledge of Social Media Management

Hands-on experience with Canva / Photoshop / AI-based creative tools

Robust content writing and professional communication

Experience with LinkedIn and other social media platforms

Basic understanding of recruitment & talent acquisition

Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals and other channels

Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

Strong coordination and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and switch between Marketing & HR

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT products and solutions.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.





Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.

Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.

Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Digital Marketing & Branding

Manage day-to-day social media activities across LinkedIn and other platforms

Create posts, banners, recruitment creatives and marketing content

Develop engaging captions, campaign content and newsletters

Support employer branding and recruitment marketing

Track social media trends, engagement and content performance

Assist with digital outreach and promotional campaigns

Use Canva, Photoshop and AI tools to create marketing creatives

HR & Recruitment

Handle end-to-end recruitment coordination for IT and Non-IT positions

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases and other channels

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams

Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment databases

Post and manage job openings across relevant job portals

Coordinate candidate follow-ups and interview feedback

Support joining, onboarding and employee engagement activities

Maintain basic HR documentation and recruitment records

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
