Job Summary

Global Flight Handling Services Pvt. Ltd. (GFHS) is looking for enthusiastic, target-driven Sales & Marketing Executives for its Aviation Academy. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, marketing, student admissions, and business development, preferably with an aviation training institute or aviation college.

The candidate will be responsible for promoting aviation courses, conducting outreach activities at schools and colleges, generating student enquiries, and achieving admission and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Visit schools, colleges, and educational institutions to conduct seminars, presentations, and promotional activities.
- Create awareness among students about aviation career opportunities and available training programmes.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospective students, and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase student enrolments.
- Build and maintain relationships with school and college management,



counsellors, and other key stakeholders.
- Participate in education fairs, career counselling sessions, promotional events, and student engagement activities.
- Maintain lead databases, follow-up records, admission reports.
- Work effectively under pressure in a target-driven setting.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Student Admissions.
- Candidates with experience in an aviation institute, aviation college, or aviation training academy will be preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and conversion strategies.
- Ability to plan and execute marketing activities independently.
- Willingness to travel locally for school visits, college outreach, and promotional events.
- A result-oriented attitude with a strong focus on achieving targets.
