Role Description This is a full time, hybrid Sales and Marketing Associate role based in Prayagraj, with some flexibility for work from home. The Sales and Marketing Associate will engage prospective and existing customers, promote WorthET’s services, and help drive user acquisition and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include reaching out to potential customers and restaurant partners, explaining product features, managing inquiries, and providing consistent customer support.

The role also involves assisting in local marketing campaigns, gathering market feedback, supporting training sessions for partners or internal team members, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.



The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure aligned messaging and effective execution of promotional initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for clear, professional interaction with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to convert leads, support campaigns, and meet growth targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding and guidance for restaurant partners or team members when needed.
- Basic understanding of digital and social media marketing, including use of apps and online tools to reach local audiences.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or food-tech/restaurant services is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
