About K2 Consulting Group

K2 Consulting Group is a Sydney-based environmental consultancy helping developers, builders, architects, strata managers, councils and property owners manage contaminated land, asbestos, mould, geotechnical, waste classification and occupational hygiene risks. We're growing and looking for a sales professional in India to help us win and grow B2B clients.

The role

As our Sales Admin, you'll own the sales engine behind our consulting team: generating and qualifying leads, running outreach, preparing quotes and proposals, following up until deals close, and keeping HubSpot CRM accurate and up to date. This is a full-time, fully remote role working closely with our Sydney team.

What you'll do

- Prospect and qualify current B2B clients through email, phone, LinkedIn and online meetings
- Manage the full pipeline in HubSpot: deals, contacts, tasks, sequences and reporting
- Prepare quotations and proposals with our technical consultants and follow up to close
- Nurture existing clients and spot repeat and referral opportunities




- Track targets and report weekly on pipeline, conversion and revenue
- Keep sales records, templates and processes organised and consistent

What we're looking for

- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of meeting or beating targets
- Hands-on HubSpot CRM experience (pipelines, sequences, reports)
- Strong written and spoken English; confident on calls with Australian clients
- Highly organised, self-driven and comfortable working remotely and independently
- Able to overlap with Australian (AEST/AEDT) business hours
- Experience selling professional, consulting, engineering or construction services is a plus
