Position: Salesforce LWC Developer

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Build reusable and responsive UI components using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
- Develop server-side business logic using Apex classes, triggers, batch Apex, and asynchronous Apex.
- Integrate LWC components with Apex controllers, Salesforce APIs, and external systems.
- Work with Salesforce data models, custom objects, standard objects, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Implement Lightning Data Service, wire adapters, and imperative Apex calls.
- Develop and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Configure Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, performance optimization, and technical documentation.
- Deploy changes across Salesforce environments using Salesforce CLI, Git, and CI/CD tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.





Required Technical Skills
- 5–7 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong knowledge of Apex classes, triggers, batch Apex, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling.
- Understanding of Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Design System (SLDS).
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security and governor limits.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools, Git, Salesforce CLI, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Aura Components and Visualforce.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
- Experience with Platform Events, Change Data Capture, or event-driven integrations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification; Platform Developer II is an advantage.
