Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Kayamkulam, Kerala

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at Kayamkulam. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Royal Enfield motorcycles, understanding customer requirements, generating leads, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their motorcycle requirements.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and available offers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and arrange test rides.
- Generate leads through customer follow-ups, calls, and other sales activities.
- Convert enquiries into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and registration teams to complete sales documentation.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain enquiry records.




- Support vehicle bookings, delivery coordination, and after-sales customer engagement.
- Maintain showroom standards and follow company sales procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two or equivalent.
- Experience in automobile sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may apply.
- Valuable interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
- Target-oriented, confident, and willing to learn.
