Role Description The Safety Officer is responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and security standards across Prasa’s operations, with a focus on data centers and mission-critical infrastructure. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Hyderabad, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day activities include conducting workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits; documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.

The Safety

Officer will lead accident investigations, prepare incident reports, and track follow-up measures to prevent recurrence. The role involves planning and delivering safety training,



promoting safety awareness among teams, coordinating occupational health initiatives, and supporting compliance with relevant regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Health & Safety and Occupational Health skills, including knowledge of relevant laws, standards, and risk management practices.
- Candidates should possess Accident Investigation skills, including incident analysis, root-cause identification, and reporting.
- Candidates should possess Security and Safety Training skills, including the ability to design and deliver safety programs and promote safe work practices.
- Relevant experience in safety management within industrial, data center, infrastructure, or similar environments is preferred.
- Qualified certifications in safety or occupational health (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and drive compliance.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad in a hybrid model, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel to project locations as needed.
- Diploma or degree in Safety Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field is beneficial.
- The candidate is required to work On-Site.
- The job location would be Hyderabad.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
