Hiring Safety / EHS Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Industry: Real Estate / High-Rise Construction

Experience: 5–10 Years

Eligibility:

- B.Tech / M.Tech – Mandatory
- NEBOSH – Mandatory
- Construction / High-Rise Project experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement EHS & Safety standards at construction sites.
2. Conduct site safety inspections, audits & toolbox talks.
3. Ensure compliance with OSHA / IS / statutory safety requirements.
4. Identify hazards and implement corrective & preventive actions.
5. Prepare Safety Reports, Risk Assessments & Method Statements.
6. Monitor PPE, work permits, scaffolding, lifting & work-at-height safety.
7. Conduct emergency drills & safety training.
8. Coordinate with contractors and site teams for safety compliance.
