Job Title: Real-Time Analyst (RTA) – Chat Support
Location: Panchkula, Haryana
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Night Shift
Experience: 3+ Years

We are looking for an experienced RTA to monitor real-time chat support operations, manage staffing, track SLA performance, and ensure schedule adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor real-time agent productivity, attendance, and schedule adherence.
- Track SLAs, service levels, and chat volumes.
- Manage intraday staffing and schedule adjustments.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders and Operations to maintain service levels.
- Prepare real-time reports and highlight operational issues.
Required Skills: RTA, WFM, Chat Support, SLA Monitoring, Real-Time Tracking, MS Excel, Reporting, and Communication Skills. Job Type: Full time
