- Operate and monitor Rollomatic CNC tool grinding machines for manufacturing cutting tools.

- Perform grinding operations for carbide tools, drills, end mills, and other precision cutting tools.

- Understand engineering drawings, tool geometry, and machining specifications.

- Set up tools, fixtures, and grinding wheels as per job requirements.

- Load programs and make necessary adjustments under the guidance of the supervisor or programmer.

- Inspect finished tools using measuring instruments such as micrometers, vernier calipers, tool presetters, and other precision instruments.

- Maintain dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and product quality.

- Follow production targets, quality procedures, and safety instructions.

- Perform routine machine cleaning, maintenance, and housekeeping.

- Report machine breakdowns, tool deviations, and quality issues to the supervisor.

- Maintain production records and follow 5S practices.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
