The Room Boy will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our office spaces, including common areas, meeting rooms, and customer-facing areas. This role plays a vital part in creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere, contributing to the overall success of our business operations.

Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize office spaces, including desks, chairs, and common areas.
- Vacuum and mop floors, ensuring a spotless and hygienic environment.
- Restock and replenish office supplies, such as stationery and cleaning materials.
- Maintain and organize meeting rooms, ensuring they are ready for use at all times.
- Handle basic maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and reporting any issues.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down events or meetings as required.
- Ensure proper waste management and recycling practices are followed.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.




- Work collaboratively with the CCE team to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is an asset.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Solid communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to undergo training and adapt to new procedures.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and supplies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
