Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Robotic Welding Programmer-cum-Operator with hands-on experience in Yaskawa MOTOMAN welding robots. The candidate must be capable of independently programming, operating, and troubleshooting robotic welding machines in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Program and operate Yaskawa MOTOMAN robotic welding systems.
- Create, modify, and optimize robot programs using the teach pendant.
- Perform robotic MIG/MAG welding as per engineering drawings and production requirements.
- Set welding paths,



torch angles, welding parameters, and robot movement sequences.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate welding.
- Identify and troubleshoot robot alarms, welding defects, and operational issues.
- Ensure proper weld quality, dimensional accuracy, and production efficiency.
- Perform routine inspection and basic maintenance of the robotic welding system.
- Follow all machine safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workplace.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
