? Position: Risk Analyst
? Experience: 2–3 Years
? Industry: NBFC / Fintech Preferred
What We're Looking For
Hands-on experience in an NBFC or lending setting
Strong knowledge of Risk Modeling & Credit Risk Assessment
Experience in developing and monitoring Scorecards
Ability to identify, analyze, and mitigate Fraud Risks
Understanding of Collections & Portfolio Performance
Proficiency in data analysis and risk monitoring frameworks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
Develop and monitor risk models and scorecards
Analyze portfolio performance and risk trends
Detect and investigate fraudulent activities
Recommend risk mitigation strategies
Work closely with Credit, Operations, and Collections teams
