RFP Support Analyst | Contract

Elevate has partnered with a leading organisation in consumer goods sector to identify RFP Support Analysts to support the delivery and administration of legal services sourcing and panel management activities. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals with experience in procurement, legal operations, vendor management, sourcing, or RFP administration to gain exposure to complex legal services engagements and stakeholder management in a global environment.

The successful candidates will play a key role in coordinating the end-to-end RFP process, supporting law firm engagement activities, maintaining accurate records, and driving effective communication between internal stakeholders and participating law firms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the preparation and administration of legal services RFPs from initiation through firm selection.
- Assist with matter scoping activities and the collection of information required for RFP issuance.
- Coordinate the distribution of RFPs and manage communications with participating law firms.
- Track, collect, consolidate, and organize law firm proposals and supporting documentation.
- Prepare comparison summaries and reports to support stakeholder review and decision-making.
- Support law firm selection processes, engagement documentation, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate records of RFP activity, deadlines, deliverables, and key decisions.
- Monitor project timelines and proactively follow up on outstanding actions.
- Support budget, scope, and status tracking across active matters and sourcing initiatives.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of process documentation,



standard operating procedures, and reporting materials.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, legal teams, procurement teams, and external law firms.

About You

We are looking for

- 1-3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, RFP coordination, legal operations, vendor management, contract administration, or a similar analytical support role.
- Experience supporting RFP, RFx, supplier selection, tendering, or procurement processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to analyse, compare, and track information effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and collaboration tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Experience within legal operations, legal services procurement, contract lifecycle management, or law firm/vendor management environments would be preferred.
