Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify relevant RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, tenders and procurement opportunities through free and paid platforms, government portals, databases and online sources.

- Evaluate opportunities and determine their relevance to our business.

- Review RFP requirements, eligibility criteria, deadlines and submission requirements.

- Prepare prospect summaries and Bid/No-Bid recommendations for Management.

- Coordinate with SMEs, Sales, Operations, Finance and Management to collect required inputs.

- Support the preparation,



organization and review of proposal responses.

- Research prospective clients, industries and relevant business information.

- Maintain RFP trackers, deadlines and submission documentation.

- Ensure responses are complete, accurate and submitted on time.

- Maintain a repository of previous proposals, case studies, company information and other reusable content.
