About the Role We are looking for a RevOps and Marketing Automation Specialist to build and run HubSpot systems that connect marketing, sales, and customer service for our international clients. You will set up automation, lead management, reporting, and CRM processes that help clients generate more leads, close more deals, and see clearly where revenue comes from. You will work with our HubSpot developers, digital marketing team, and project managers on client projects across the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities

- Marketing Automation: Build HubSpot workflows, email nurture sequences, lead scoring models, and lifecycle stage automation.
- Lead Management: Set up lead capture, routing, and assignment rules so every lead reaches the right owner quickly, with clear handoff between marketing and sales.
- CRM Setup and Administration: Configure HubSpot properties, pipelines, deal stages, custom objects, user permissions, and data quality rules.
- Sales Process Automation: Build sequences, task automation, quote and deal workflows, and sales playbooks in HubSpot Sales Hub.
- Reporting and Dashboards:



Create dashboards and reports for marketing, sales, and revenue, including funnel conversion, pipeline, attribution, and campaign ROI.
- Data Management: Plan and run CRM data imports and migrations, deduplication, and regular data cleanup.
- Integrations: Connect HubSpot with tools such as Salesforce, Zapier, Make, payment platforms, and ad platforms, working with our developers on custom integrations.
- AI-Assisted Work: Use HubSpot AI (Breeze) and tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for email copy, workflow planning, data analysis, and reporting, reviewing all AI output for accuracy.
- Client Communication: Run requirement calls with international clients, recommend process improvements, and document every setup clearly.

Qualifications & Requirements

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
- Proven experience building workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and email automation.
- Good understanding of the full funnel: lead generation, marketing-to-sales handoff, deal pipeline, and customer retention.
- Experience creating HubSpot reports and dashboards.
- Experience with CRM data imports, cleanup, and property management.
- Hands-on use of AI tools in daily work, including HubSpot AI features.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with spreadsheets and data.
- Excellent written and spoken English for working with international clients.

Preferred Qualifications

- HubSpot certifications such as Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Automation.
- Experience with HubSpot Operations Hub (data sync, data quality, programmable automation).
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, or ActiveCampaign.
- Experience in a HubSpot partner agency.
