Job Summary:

We are looking for a patient-focused Retina Counselor to guide patients through their retinal treatment journey by explaining recommended treatments, addressing concerns, and coordinating care with the medical team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel patients regarding retinal conditions and recommended treatments.
- Explain procedures such as retinal injections, laser treatments, and surgeries as advised by doctors.
- Explain treatment costs, packages, and payment options.
- Address patient and family queries and provide emotional support.
- Coordinate with doctors and hospital teams for treatment scheduling and follow-ups.
- Maintain patient records and support treatment adherence.

Qualification: Any Degree; healthcare or ophthalmic experience preferred. Experience: 2–5 years preferred.
