Male Candidates

Must be in QSR field

Must have experience in Retail store sales

5+ yrs of experience

Any Graduate

6 LPA CTC must have experience in multiple stores handling

Manpower Management - To ensure sufficient trained manpower is placed at the Stores

Efficient Inventory management across stores

Manage the Operation heads for ensuring the achievement of set objectives

Ensure strict adherence to the SOP across stores

Ensure Store Hygiene Standards are maintained as per the Audit parameters To upkeep the grooming standards of the Store staffs

Plan, monitor & achieve the daily, weekly & monthly sales numbers

Plan & execute sales activities to build the volume

Responsible for both Top line & Bottomline numbers

Travel across the locations for monitoring the activities in the Stores

Coordinate with various internal departments and ensure the timely despatch/return of the stocks

GROWTH PERSPECTIVE

Responsible for Bottomline & toplines achievement of stores across the Zone





Reviewing sales reports, customer feedback, and other data to identify opportunities for improvement or changes in store operations

Adding of recent stores as per the ABP

Identifying new prospective location and finalise the Stores To make improvement in sales from all verticals like Powder, Cold Beverages, Snacks etc,

Promote the online sales like Swiggy/ Zomato/ Eat sure etc..

To promote Bulk sales out of store by targeting the event like Marriages, Official Get together, Sports events etc.

STATUTORY PERSEPCTIVE

Ensure the Agreements are executed for all new stores and renewal is made for the existing stores as and when it is due.

All Licenses like, FSSAI, Trade License, Labour License, GST Registrations are obtained for store operation and renewed periodically

Ensure the Service agreements like Pest Control, Bank Cash pick up, Store Insurance, AMCs are entered into and renewed periodically.
