About The Kalakriti The Kalakriti is a premium home and living brand bringing together curated décor, Indian craftsmanship, and contemporary design.

We are looking for a responsible, organised, and proactive Store Manager who can independently manage daily store operations, inventory, customer experience, and overall store administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records, track inward/outward inventory, conduct stock audits, and prevent discrepancies.
- Store Operations: Oversee daily store opening/closing, housekeeping, product displays, and smooth operations.
- Billing & POS: Handle billing, invoicing, payments, returns, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Sales & Customer Experience: Assist customers, explain products, manage enquiries, and ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Vendor & Order Coordination: Follow up with suppliers, manage purchase orders, deliveries, and stock replenishment.
- Team Supervision: Coordinate store staff, allocate daily responsibilities,



and maintain discipline.
- Reporting: Prepare daily sales reports, inventory updates, expense records, and monthly performance summaries.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive product arrangements and ensure proper pricing and product labelling.
- Order Fulfilment: Coordinate packaging, dispatch, and online/offline customer orders.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in retail store operations, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and inventory management systems.
- Experience with POS software, billing, and stock reconciliation.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage store responsibilities.
- Experience in home décor, lifestyle, furniture, or premium retail is an advantage.

What We're Looking For Someone who takes ownership of the store , pays attention to detail, maintains accurate inventory, and ensures operations run efficiently without constant supervision.
