About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Staff to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with customers, comfortable with social media, and interested in building a long-term career with the company. Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, features, pricing, offers, and availability.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products and support them throughout the buying process.
- Maintain a positive and skilled customer experience inside the store.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and basic after-sales support professionally.
- Keep product displays, shelves, and the sales area neat, organized, and presentable.
- Support social media activities, customer engagement, and basic promotional activities when required.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations.
- Maintain punctuality, discipline,



and professional standards at all times.

Compensation & Work Schedule Salary Based on experience, communication skills, and overall skill set

Working Hours 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Weekly Off 4 days per month

Location Panampilly Nagar, Kochi

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Panampilly Nagar, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
