Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Salesperson role based at Pal Jewellers in Ludhiana East.

The Retail

Salesperson will greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them in selecting suitable jewelry products. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining product features, handling inquiries, processing sales transactions, maintaining merchandise displays, and supporting inventory checks. The role also involves ensuring a clean and organized store, providing courteous after-sales support,



and collaborating with team members to meet sales goals while upholding high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications

- Solid product knowledge and interest in jewelry, with the ability to learn and explain product features clearly.
- Experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing environment, with proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Effective communication skills, including active listening and clear, respectful verbal interactions.
- Customer service skills focused on building trust, handling questions, and resolving concerns in a professional manner.
- Basic sales skills such as upselling, cross-selling, and closing sales in an ethical and transparent way.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple customers, and maintain store presentation standards.
- Comfort with handling cash, card payments, and basic point-of-sale systems; attention to detail and accuracy.
