Role OverviewWe are looking for a customer-focused and sales-driven Retail Sales Executive to deliver a premium in-store experience, drive sales, manage customer enquiries, and build relationships with clients and design professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable furniture, home décor, and lifestyle products.
- Drive sales by converting enquiries into orders, following up with prospective customers, and achieving sales targets.
- Maintain strong product knowledge, including materials, finishes, craftsmanship, and customisation options.
- Ensure excellent store upkeep, product displays, and visual merchandising in line with WITHIN's luxury brand standards.
- Build relationships with customers, architects, and interior designers to generate business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations and estimates,



maintain customer records, and track sales enquiries and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer handover.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience through qualified communication and timely resolution of queries.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Mandatory experience in retail sales, luxury retail, furniture sales, home décor, or a related industry.
- Experience handling walk-in customers, generating leads, managing follow-ups, and closing sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with quotations, estimates, and order processing.
- A professional demeanour, commercial mindset, and passion for design and premium customer experiences.
- Experience working with architects and interior designers will be an advantage.
