About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to manage customer interactions and drive sales at our retail outlet at DLF Promenade. The ideal candidate should have strong retail sales experience, a passion for customer service, and the ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining premium brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive daily sales and achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Engage with customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and communicate the brand's story and product features effectively.
- Manage the complete sales process, from customer interaction to billing and after-sales support.
- Build customer relationships and maintain a database for follow-ups and repeat purchases.
- Track key sales metrics such as Average Transaction Value (ATV), Units Per Transaction (UPT), and conversion.




- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain premium store presentation standards.
- Support visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain sales reports and provide regular updates on store performance.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and convert walk-in customers.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of sales metrics, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Well-groomed, customer-focused, and professional in approach.
- Comfortable working in a mall retail environment, including weekends and public holidays.

Preferred Background: Premium jewellery, fashion, accessories, beauty, or lifestyle retail brands. Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
