We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive to join our team at a premium gifting store.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome customers and help them choose the perfect Hampers for different occasions.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, pricing, and gifting options.
- Achieve sales through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely order delivery.





Who Can Apply?
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Candidates with experience in retail sales, fashion, lifestyle, cosmetics, jewellery, hospitality, or customer service will have an advantage.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Confidence in interacting with customers and recommending products.
- Basic computer knowledge.
