We are seeking a skilled and makeup-certified professional to train and develop Beauty Advisors across retail stores The role involves field visits, practical training, and continuous coaching to strengthen product knowledge, makeup application skills, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit assigned retail stores and salon counters regularly to conduct on-the-job training.
- Educate Beauty Advisors on makeup products, skincare solutions, product advantages, and application techniques.
- Conduct practical makeup demonstrations and guide staff on effective customer consultations.
- Train teams on customer handling, product recommendations, upselling, and sales improvement.
- Monitor grooming standards, product knowledge, and customer service quality.
- Provide continuous feedback,



coaching, and performance support to ensure brand standards and business objectives are achieved.

Candidate Requirements:

- Certified makeup professional with strong knowledge of makeup and skincare.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and coach retail staff.
- Willingness to travel to assigned stores
- Experience in beauty retail, makeup training, or product education will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
