Role Description The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high service standards, and maintaining a welcoming dining atmosphere for all guests. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Malhar Machi in Mulshi, focused on managing staff schedules, supervising service quality, and coordinating with the kitchen team to deliver consistent food and beverage experiences. The role includes monitoring customer feedback, addressing guest concerns, and driving customer satisfaction through attentive service and efficient operations.

The Restaurant

Manager will also support menu planning, manage inventory and vendor relationships,



uphold hygiene and safety standards, and collaborate with resort leadership to align restaurant performance with overall business goals.

Qualifications

- Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with experience handling guest feedback and enhancing the dining experience.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with guests, staff, and management, including clear verbal and written interaction.
- Proven ability in Hiring and team supervision, including training, performance management, and building high-performing service teams.
- Solid understanding of Food & Beverage operations, including menu awareness, service standards, and hygiene best practices.
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role, preferably in resorts or hotels.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working in office in a remote or nature-focused location such as Mulshi, with flexibility for weekends and holidays.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
