Role Description The Restaurant Manager / Operation Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Aerocity, New Delhi. The role is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, including managing staff schedules, supervising service quality, and ensuring smooth front-of-house and back-of-house coordination.

The manager monitors customer satisfaction, addresses guest feedback, and maintains high standards of food and beverage service, hygiene, and safety. Additional responsibilities include assisting with hiring and training team members, managing inventory and vendor relationships, supporting basic financial and cost controls,



and implementing operational procedures to enhance efficiency and revenue.

Qualifications

- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to handle guest feedback and maintain high service standards.
- Experience in Hiring and team supervision, including training, performance monitoring, and workforce planning.
- Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with staff, guests, and vendors, and for clear reporting to leadership.
- Practical knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding, service protocols, and quality control.
- Prior experience as a restaurant manager, floor manager, or operations manager in hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, as required by restaurant operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to cleanliness, safety, and compliance with local regulations.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
