Cream Centre, one of India's most loved vegetarian restaurant brands, is looking for a warm and friendly Hostess to join our team at Phoenix Mall of Asia, Bengaluru.
Role: Restaurant Hostess
What you will do:
- Welcome guests with a smile and make them feel comfortable
- Manage reservations, seating, and waiting lists
- Guide guests through the menu and answer basic questions
- Coordinate with the service team for a smooth guest experience
- Handle guest feedback politely and promptly
What we are looking for:
- Valuable candidates preferred for this role
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada is a plus)
- Pleasant personality and confident approach
- 0-2 years of experience (freshers with a passion for hospitality are welcome)
- Positive attitude and team spirit
