Job Summary

Flock Coliving is looking for an experienced Restaurant / Food Manager to manage daily food service operations and ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and resident satisfaction. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing food preparation and service, managing staff, monitoring inventory, and ensuring smooth and efficient food operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day food service and kitchen operations.
- Ensure timely food preparation and service for residents.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff, food service staff, and other team members.
- Monitor food inventory, procurement, stock levels, and wastage.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor food costs, operational expenses, and portion control.
- Handle resident feedback and resolve food-related complaints.
- Maintain records of consumption, inventory, expenses, and daily operations.




- Ensure compliance with applicable food safety regulations and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with the property operations team for smooth service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–4 years of experience in restaurant management, food operations, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food service operations, hygiene, and food safety.
- Experience in staff supervision, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
- Understanding of food costing, portion control, and wastage management.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience in restaurants, cafés, QSRs, catering services, corporate cafeterias, hotel food operations, or institutional food services will be preferred.

Work Location: Flock Coliving, Sector 43, Gurugram.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
