Raigad, Maharashtra known for its tropical, peaceful, and personalised hospitality. The resort is home to Mai Kai,

its signature multicuisine restaurant, and is entering a defined growth phase with a larger room inventory and event capacity planned.

Job purpose

Tiki Farms Resort is a 9-key boutique resort with a full F&B; operation, event lawns, and a team of 15 permanent staff. We are hiring a Resort Manager to take primary ownership of the entire property — leading all departments, owning the guest experience, driving revenue, and building the systems and standards that will carry the resort through its next phase of growth. This is a hands-on, on-ground role reporting directly to the

Director.

Key responsibilities

- Own daily resort operations across F&B;, housekeeping, front office, security, and maintenance
- Own the guest experience from pre-arrival enquiry to departure; resolve escalated complaints before

checkout
- Lead and supervise the permanent team and day casuals — rosters, weekly briefings, monthly one-on-ones,

and performance
- Personally oversee check-in and check-out for groups, bungalow bookings, and repeat guests
- Conduct a daily property walkthrough — rooms, pool, grounds, restaurant, security, and maintenance
- Oversee Mai Kai restaurant service across all daily sessions and monitor F&B; cost against target
- Manage booking enquiries, occupancy, average booking value, and the direct booking share
- Develop group, event, and day picnic business, including lawn events




- Maintain all operational registers, checklists, and SOPs; submit the Weekly MIS every Sunday
- Review guest feedback and online reviews; respond to reviews and act on recurring themes
- Manage routine vendors and purchases against approved indents
- Own statutory compliance — bar (FL-III) records, FSSAI, and fire safety — and be the first point of contact for

inspections
- Manage attendance, discipline, and induction of new staff in line with company policy
- Report to the Director weekly on performance and escalate matters beyond approved authority

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in hospitality operations, with at least 2 years as the senior-most person on a property or

department
- Experience in boutique resorts, nature resorts, eco-resorts, or standalone hotels strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead a small, mixed team (kitchen, housekeeping, front office) in a residential setting
- Working knowledge of F&B; cost control, kitchen operations, and restaurant service management
- Able to read a P&L; and understand occupancy and RevPAR; comfortable owning a weekly MIS
- Experience in events, banquets, or group handling preferred
- Exposure to OTA and direct booking channels (MakeMyTrip, Agoda, Booking.com, WhatsApp) preferred
- Basic knowledge of FSSAI and excise compliance preferred
- Willing to live on-site or within 15 minutes of the property
- Languages: English and Hindi (mandatory); Marathi is an advantage

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
