Role Description The Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist will work full time on-site in Gurgaon, supporting clients through the entire residential property transaction process. Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, presenting suitable residential properties, organizing and conducting site visits, and explaining project features and pricing. The role involves guiding clients through documentation, assisting with contract negotiations, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders,



and ensuring timely follow-up until closure.

The specialist will also maintain an updated understanding of local market trends, prepare basic sales reports, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Real Estate Sales and Residential Real Estate
- Strong abilities in Real Estate market understanding and property advisory
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and deal closure
- Customer Service skills with a focus on responsiveness and relationship building
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort working on-site in Gurgaon and meeting clients in person
- Ability to work with targets, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple leads
- Prior experience in residential real estate sales or related field preferred
- Basic proficiency in office productivity tools and CRM or lead management systems
- Relevant education in business, commerce, or real estate is an advantage
