Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, ensure excellent guest experiences, and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in restaurant or café management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise, train, and motivate service and kitchen staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest feedback and complaints.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, service standards, and hygiene.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and shift allocation.
- Oversee inventory, stock management, purchasing, and wastage control.
- Monitor sales, expenses, billing, and daily cash closing.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for efficient operations.
- Drive customer satisfaction, repeat business,



and sales growth.
- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain necessary records.
- Ensure the restaurant maintains high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food service, and inventory management.
- Basic understanding of sales reports, cost control, and profitability.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Candidate A proactive and responsible professional with strong leadership skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage restaurant operations efficiently. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
