Prakut Agritech Private Limited is looking for a responsible Farm Operations Supervisor to manage daily maintenance, plantation upkeep, worker supervision, and basic visitor operations at a 10-acre farm.

Responsibilities

- Supervise watering, weeding, pruning, gardening, and plantation maintenance.
- Assign tasks to workers and monitor attendance and work completion.
- Maintain farm cleanliness, pathways, visitor areas, and basic infrastructure.
- Coordinate scheduled farm visits and maintain visitor facilities.
- Maintain daily activity, stock, and maintenance records.




- Submit daily reports and photographs through WhatsApp.
- Report maintenance and safety issues promptly.

Requirements

- 0–3 years of relevant experience in farming, gardening, plantation maintenance, housekeeping, or hospitality.
- Ability to supervise workers and communicate in Tamil.
- Basic smartphone and record-keeping skills.
- Willingness to reside at the farm is essential.
- Responsible, dependable, and comfortable working outdoors.

Agriculture or horticulture qualifications are an advantage.
