Role Description The Reservations Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound reservation inquiries, recommending suitable accommodations, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

The specialist will manage reservation systems, update booking details, respond to guest questions, and provide transparent, accurate information about availability, pricing, and special offers. Daily tasks include coordinating with operations and guest services teams, ensuring booking accuracy, resolving issues in a timely manner, and maintaining high service standards.



The role also involves following up on potential guests, supporting sales initiatives, and contributing to a positive, guest-focused culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Reservations skills to manage inquiries, bookings, and guest requests effectively.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to convert leads, upsell services, and support revenue goals.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to learn new systems quickly and help share best practices within the team.
- Previous experience in hospitality, travel, or reservations is preferred.
- Comfort with reservation software, CRM tools, and basic office applications is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, handle multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy under time constraints.
- Relevant education in hospitality, business, or a related field is an advantage.
