Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage room reservations for guests, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of bookings.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients,



responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a qualified manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, rates, and availability to ensure seamless communication with customers.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping) to ensure smooth execution of guest stays.

Job Requirements :

- 0-2 years of experience in hospitality or related field (room sales/reservation).
- Strong understanding of IHM systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of wellness industry trends and concepts.
